I had to try this recipe that my food goddess Jennie put up:
Rhubarb vodka
Rhubarbs cut into smaller pieces.
100-200 g sugar ca.
One vanilla pod (or whatever that is called in english).
A bottle of vodka
and
one big pickles jar.
Put it all together in the jar. Put the lid on and shake well. Leave for 4-6 weeks until the rhubarbs have lost their colour and all the juices have been pulled out. Shake once a while, so the sugar will desolve. Strain it and pour into a clear bottle, so you can see the beautiful colour.
Drink cold with the summers crayfish!
